Duties & Responsibilities
About the Role:
Youll manage the entire recruitment cycle from client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and placement. This is a true 360 role for consultants who love the thrill of closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview top talent across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring a seamless experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends and client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in an agency environment (essential).
- Solid track record in full-cycle recruitment and business development.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven proactive and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
- Experience recruiting in IT Finance Engineering will be an advantage.
