The Role: Junior Technical Consultant
As a Junior Technical Consultant you will support the deployment and adoption of advanced technical solutions by assisting with professional services delivery customer support and product training. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge while working directly with global clients and internal teams. Youll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development across a broad portfolio of modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- 1 years of experience in a technical support IT services or implementation environment
- Assist in configuring and deploying software and hardware solutions across client environments
- Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
- Deliver end-user and partner training on product functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with sales development and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Help document technical processes feedback and improvement opportunities
- Stay updated on new product features and industry developments
- Support internal product testing and demonstration environments
About You
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience (e.g. IT support consulting helpdesk)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers and teams alike
- Fast learner with a genuine interest in new technologies and systems
- Detail-oriented resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
- Service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client communication
- Ability to work effectively within a hybrid team environment
- Second language such as German Dutch French or Spanish is highly advantageous
- Familiarity or interest in areas like speech recognition workflow automation or telephony is a plus
