Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and execution of comprehensive communications and brand strategies that align with Philips overarching goals and values ensuring all initiatives support the companys vision.

  • Oversees and ensures the consistency of brand positioning and tone of voice across all brand touchpoints and communication channels maintaining a unified and recognizable brand identity.

  • Drives the planning and execution of integrated communications and brand strategies ensuring the seamless implementation of campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.

  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with global brand & communication and GC Regional Business Units and departments such as People Function and Government Affairs to synchronize communication efforts and maintain unified messaging.
  • Guides the creation of compelling content across various formats for communications and brand activations ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and reinforcing key messaging.
  • Oversees the management of content calendars editorial schedules and content distribution strategies optimizing reach and engagement across all channels to maximize impact.
  • Establishes performance objectives monitors progress and provides regular feedback to team members supporting their professional development and ensuring the teams success.
  • Manages budget allocation and resource planning to ensure efficient execution of communication and brand activities maximizing return on investment and achieving strategic goals.
  • Interacts regularly with executives and/or major stakeholders leveraging special skills such as negotiating cross-functional alignment planning and influencing senior leaders on significant matters.
  • Works on complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company applying critical thinking and extensive expertise to develop effectivesolutions.
  • Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management driving employee selection performance management compensation management and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
  • Leads the development and implementation of ESG communication strategies ensuring all messaging aligns with Philips commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Ensures that all brand and communication activities reflect the companys ESG goals promoting transparency and accountability. Drives ESG initiatives and strategic projects that support the companys brand fostering a culture of sustainability and social responsibility. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive ESG-focused campaigns and programs ensuring alignment with Philips long-term goals and values.


Minimum required Education:
Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing Brand Management or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience with Bachelors OR Minimum 10 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Media and Trend Analysis Internal and External Communications Content Creation Brand Management Digital Marketing preferably in Healthcare or Technology domain or equivalent.
