Job Summary

We are looking for an Equity admission officer (VIE) to join our Listing Admission team at Euronext. The position will be based in Oslo and will start on 1 January 2026.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Supporting the admission process for companies seeking an initial listing (such as IPOs) across all Euronext markets working closely with the broader team.
  • Assessing companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market and executing the transaction including preparing recommendations for the Euronext Listing Committee and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participating in kick-off meetings with prospects (C-level executives) and intermediaries applying for new equity listings.
  • Evaluating companies applying for accreditation as Listing Sponsors or Growth Advisors.
  • Educating and supporting local Euronext business partners on listing rules regulations and procedures.
  • Improving streamlining and harmonising the admission process across all locations.
  • Contributing to the annual reviews of issuers and listing sponsors.
  • Coordinating the admission process across all locations and liaising with local regulators on specific admissions rules and regulatory matters.
  • Sharing relevant information with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Your profile:

  • Masters degree in economics finance or law.
  • Good understanding of equity capital markets.
  • Rigorous autonomous and results-oriented with a strong team spirit.
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels including senior executives both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
