Join ZTL as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic business-oriented CFO to lead our financial operations and drive ZTLs ambitious growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team contribute to our vision of disrupting international payments and shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing Fintech leader. Reporting directly to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations across the Nordics and Europe. We are located in new offices in the city center of Oslo Norway.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute ZTLs business strategy.
• Define and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics.
• Act as a key external representative of ZTL supporting strategic partnerships and investor relations.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports for the board and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial controls transparent reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Manage capital needs financing budgeting forecasting and cash flow
• optimization.
• Establish and refine financial processes and internal controls to support scalability.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Experience in developing the HR area and role. Fostering a thriving workplace where every employees potential is nurtured and valued.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in economics finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in senior financial roles preferably in SaaS Fintech or related industries.
• Deep expertise in financial strategy economics and capital management.
• Strong understanding of technology-driven financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced accounting/ERP systems.
• Proven leadership in financial operations with a track record of driving growth.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and any Scandinavian languages (written and verbal).
