About the Role
Were looking for a Change Facilitator to join our Service Development team for a 2 year fixed term contract. This role will lead change management efforts within our Service Development Programmes with an initial focus on the Urgent Care and Afterhours Programme across the Capital & Coast Hutt Valley and Wairarapa regions.
Youll play a key role in driving service improvement fostering cross sector collaboration and embedding sustainable change that improves health outcomes for our communities.
What Youll Do
Develop and implement change strategies and plans
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings
Provide progress updates and reporting to leadership
Embed improved processes and behaviours to ensure sustainability
Translate complex issues into accessible formats for diverse audiences
Build trust across internal and external teams
What Youll Bring
You bring solid experience in change management and service improvement paired with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. You bring a structured approach to problem solving in complex environments and youre adept at juggling multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressure. Your approachable and empathetic style allows you to stay attuned to customer needs while planning and executing tasks with precision to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Proven experience leading change initiatives and managing projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills
Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions
Excellent relationship building and presentation skills
Equity focused approach to improving outcomes for priority populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data management platforms
Familiarity with Lean methodology and process improvement (preferred)
Health sector or primary care experience (preferred)
Full clean NZ drivers license
