About the role
Trustpair is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team for a 2-month mission (with potential extension). Youll contribute to multiple projects across different product teams directly shaping the UX of critical workflows that help enterprises detect fraud and verify vendors.
What Youll Work On
Validation workflows for Finance teams (primary focus)
Design the user experience for case management enabling collaborative vendor investigations through complex customized validation workflows. This requires balancing flexibility with usability allowing teams to adapt workflows to their unique processes without creating cognitive overload.
Vendor contextContribute to the continuous enrichment of our vendor analysis interface by designing intuitive ways to surface and visualize new risk signals helping customers make faster more informed decisions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead user interviews and discovery sessions to explore opportunities and frame user problems (in partnership with product managers)
- Create user flows wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that balance usability and business goals
- Participate in product rituals: daily stand-ups weekly goal-setting and product demos
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across teams to iterate and ship
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of product design experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Figma Notion and Jira
- Strong UX thinking with the ability to tackle complex data-rich interfaces
- Experience designing workflows or processes (Finance/Treasury SaaS is a plus)
- Comfort leading discovery and user interviews
- Ability to move fast and iterate in a 2-month window
