Your key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out distribution tasks
- Performing various errand services
- Handling lost & found items packages shipping and tracking
- Stock and inventory control
- Responding to requests using the Property Management System
- Close collaboration with all hotel departments
- Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and team members
- Ensuring cleanliness and order
Be able.
- You always have an open ear for our guests needs
- Youre eager to grow every day learn new things and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
- You remain calm and composed even in stressful situations
- You handle complaint management at the highest level
- Your communicative nature sets you apart and you feel very comfortable in both German and Englishany additional language is a plus
