About your workplace

Der Bereich Operational Excellence (OPX) übernimmt eine Schnittstellenfunktion in der Business Unit Dishwashing und entwickelt gemeinsam mit internen sowie externen Partnern innovative Produktionstechnologien zur Serienreife. Darüber hinaus berät OPX das übergeordnete Ressort Operations bezüglich Digitalisierung Prozessen sowie Technologien in Shopfloor und Office. Zusätzlich unterstützt OPX bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen.

Das ist die Aufgabe

Unterstützung des Bereichs Operational Excellence der Business Unit Dishwashing bei:

Der Analyse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in operativen Bereichen
Der Recherche und Bewertung von Einsatzmöglichkeiten digitaler Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung
Der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen zur Prozessoptimierung unter Einsatz moderner digitaler Tools (z.B. Künstliche Intelligenz Low-Code/No-Code MS Power-Plattform)
Der Konzeption und Ausarbeitung von Umsetzungsstrategien für digitale Transformationsprojekte
Der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops zur Förderung digitaler Kompetenzen im Unternehmen
