This winter were inviting ambitious tech-driven students to join our Engineering & IT Team for an immersive hands-on internship. Youll work onsite alongside experienced professionals gaining exposure to real client environments and learning how enterprise IT runs in the real world.
This experience is all about growth. Youll gain real-world skills and an opportunity to share your knowledge with the C-suite at Pathway & its clients about emerging technology & the revolution it can lead to.

What Youll Experience
- Work onsite 5 days a week at Pathways office with opportunities to collaborate directly at client locations across Ontario.
- Contribute to live Engineering & IT projects involving system infrastructure automation network management and software solutions.
- Learn how IT consulting works from design and implementation to service delivery.
- Collaborate in team huddles brainstorming sessions and innovation projects that drive real impact.
- Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Computer Systems Technician NetworkingCloud Computing & VirtualizationIT Systems Support / IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity & Cloud Administration.
- A passion for technology problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and readiness to learn in a client-facing environment.
- Duration: 4 to 6 months
- Location: Onsite (5 days per week) or at client sites across Ontario.
