- Be the subject matter expertServe as primary contact for escalated hardware and POS-related support ticketsDiagnose and resolve technical issues with printers terminals tablets and POS systems
- ProblemsolvehardwareissuesTroubleshoot complex hardware configurations network issues and device integrations andprovideexpert-level guidance on hardware specifications compatibility andoptimalsetup
- Ensure delivery to customersPrepare POS/ Hardware shipments for deliveryprovide technical consultation during deployment planning for high-priority accounts andassistwith complex hardware configurations for white-glove customer implementations
- Improve thesupportprocessDocument solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issuesandreview andvalidatehardware specifications for proposed solutions
