Retail Sales Associate Paint Department
Location: Pembroke MA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Some Saturdays required)

At Koopman Lumber we help customers bring their ideas to life. As a Paint Department Sales Associate youll guide homeowners and pros through color selection mix paint and provide friendly knowledgeable service that keeps them coming back.
What Youll Do:
- Help customers choose the right products colors and finishes
- Mix and tint paint accurately using color-matching tools
- Process sales returns and gift cards at the register
- Keep displays and shelves stocked organized and clean
- Support inventory shipments and special orders
- Build relationships with professional painters and DIY customers
- Learn new products and promotions through ongoing training
