Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

Experience as aRegistered ManagerorDeputy Managerin a childrens home
Level 5 Diplomain Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 4 Diplomafor Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
AFull UK Driving Licence

Most importantly youll bring warmth leadership and a genuine passion for helping young people flourish.
