Now Hiring: Construction Trailer Clean Up

Location: Tempe AZ
Company: ServiceMaster Building Services
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
Schedule: 3.65MH - Twice per week

****MUST HAVE OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION AND PASS DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST!****

Responsibilities include:

General cleaning and demo/trash removal
Sweeping mopping vacuuming
Washing walls windows ceilings
Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)

Pay & Benefits:

Starting at $16.00 per hour
Opportunity for advancement

Requirements:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Must have OSHA 10 Certification
Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold warm noisy)
Evening and weekend availability required
Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
Reliable transportation
