The Information Technology person we are seeking must possess the following skills:
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software or other network and system problems and replace defective components when necessary.
Fully support configure maintain and upgrade companys local network server and cloud-based storage systems.
Responsible for the set up of new user accounts permissions and passwords.
Resolve problems reported by end user and define network policies and procedures.
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
Specify system requirements and design solutions.
Support and administer third-party applications.
Monitor network performance and test for weaknesses.
Proven Experience as a Network Administrator.
