We are seeking a Product Sales Expert AI to strengthen Infobips positioning in Conversational and Generative AI solutions within India. The role requires a unique blend of market intelligence solution expertise and sales enablement. The Product Sales Expert AI will track and analyze AI market trends collaborate with Product and Marketing teams for GTM readiness and partner with the Sales team to lead opportunities in selling to customers that demand advanced AI solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Keep a pulse on the AI market including NLP Generative AI and Agentic AI advancements.
  • Gather insights on competitor offerings customer adoption patterns and emerging opportunities.
  • Share actionable intelligence with Product and Marketing teams for roadmap alignment and campaign readiness.
  • AI Solution Evangelism
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven offerings such as Marketing Automation Chatbots and Voicebots.
  • Support Sales teams by co-creating client pitches demos and solution blueprints.
  • Lead strategic conversations with CXOs and decision-makers to demonstrate the ROI of AI solutions.
  • Sales Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales to identify qualify and close AI-led opportunities across industries.
  • Own end-to-end AI solution selling for complex enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and value realization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of experience in selling SaaS-based enterprise solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling AI-led solutions such as Conversational AI Marketing Automation Chatbots or Voicebots.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise AI solution sales with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
