As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers being the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice including at evenings and weekends. Youll oversee client review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service for example medication and Equality & Diversity.

have experience in communicating with clients and professionals
can accurately record information
have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
