As a Clinical Case Manager youll be responsible for coordinating and delivering essential clinical services. Youll work closely with district personnel in Chester County PA to support identified populations ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and professional standards. Your role will involve individual therapy family counseling case management prevention and consultation services all provided in offices schools homes and other community locations. Your work will align with our Devereuxs Vision Mission and Values.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides support to schools around early learning academic interventions safety practices and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors cognitive challenges and communication needs. Devereux uses evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education populations.

EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy or other related Human Services discipline. Clinical Licensure preferred. Must be bilingual fluent in spanish.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one years verified experience providing mental health treatment required OR two years professional child care experience. Current and valid drivers license required.
