Sound good Were looking for a Performance Analyst focusing on the HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) project within our Customer Vehicle Team. This is a fixed term role until March 2027.
What youll do
Youll lead the delivery of the HVO project within our Customer Vehicle Team an important part of Scottish Waters commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Youll coordinate across teams manage timelines and make sure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Youll dive into the data - analysing performance spotting trends and keeping an eye on how were performing against key frameworks KPIs and regulatory requirements. Youll turn that information into clear reports and insights that help drive good decisions and continuous improvement.
Youll be at the heart of promoting the use of HVO across our operational teams helping colleagues understand its value and making it easy to adopt. Along the way youll work closely with internal and external partners to make sure the project delivers what it sets out to achieve.
Behind the scenes youll manage large and sometimes complex data sets from fleet management and corporate systems ensuring everything is accurate up to date and ready for reporting.
What youll need
Youll have solid experience in project management ideally from a technical operational or sustainability-focused environment. Youll be confident using data to tell a story with experience analysing large data sets and creating reports that drive performance.
Youll be great at communicating with different people and working collaboratively across teams. Youll be comfortable influencing and engaging others especially when introducing new initiatives.
If youve worked on fleet transport or sustainability projects before even better. Experience with compliance or regulatory frameworks would also be a plus.
Most of all youll be proactive organised and driven by making things better. Youll enjoy using your analytical skills to help make real-world improvements for our customers our teams and the environment.

The not-so-small print
This role will be a Grade 6. If youre new to Scottish Water youll join us on a starting salary of 36410. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of 46990.
This role will be based in Central Scotland.
