Lets Talk About You

You are a commercially astute values-driven gaming leader who thrives in a high-performance environment. You balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership and you inspire excellence through collaboration accountability and integrity.

Youll also bring:

• Minimum 10 years experiencein senior gaming leadership including extensive casino management experience

• Proven ability todevelop and execute strategic plansthat drive market share revenue growth and profitability

• Strong understanding ofCasino Control Act 1982 Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance

• Expertise inlabour management cost control and performance optimisationacross large-scale operations

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage guests regulators teams and board stakeholders

• Tertiary qualifications in a commercial business or related field (Gaming Management qualifications desirable)

• Masters Degree preferred but not essential
