What are we looking to add to our team

What youll be doing:

• Invent the future of AI recruiting. Design precedent-setting AI and ML-driven product experiences where thereisno established playbook balancing usability trust and delight.
• Create bold 01 experiences. Explore new interaction models visual languages and product concepts that push beyond conventional enterprise UX.
• Design with taste and intention. Produce high-craft polished design work across flows surfaces and systems with a strong point of view on visual quality.
• Rapidly iterate and refine. Generate test and evolve ideas quickly moving from rough concepts to confident solutions with speed and clarity.
• Tell compelling product stories. Use visuals prototypes and narrative to clearly communicate the intent emotion and experience behind your designs.
• Make it real. Translate conceptual thinking into production-ready designs that engineers canbuildand users canimmediatelyunderstand.
• Build and extend design systems. Contribute to scalable well-structured design systems that enable fast iteration whilemaintaininga high visual bar.
• Leverage modern design tools. Work fluently in Figma using components variables auto-layout and prototyping to move efficiently from idea to execution.
• Experiment with generative AI. Use generative AI tools to explore concepts accelerate ideation and push creative boundaries in how products are imagined and designed.
• Stay curious and experimental. Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities interaction paradigms and visual trends to keepSeekOutsproducts modern and distinctive.

What youll accomplish in your first 612 months:

• Deliver standout high-impact 01 designs for new AI-driven recruiting and talent products.
• Establish a strong visual and experiential bar across key product surfaces.
• Ship designs that meaningfully improve clarity trust and delight in complex workflows.
• Demonstrate rapid iteration cycles that balance speed exploration and exceptional craft.

What youll bring to the team:

• 5 years of experience designing and shipping high-quality product experiences in SaaS enterprise or AI-driven software.
• Proven success delivering 01 products or features in fast-moving ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout typography motion and interaction detail.
• High proficiency in Figma including advanced use of components variables auto-layout prototyping and design systems.
• Deep experience working within and extending design systems without sacrificing creativity or quality.
• Strong ability to rapidly iterate explore multiple directions and converge on high-confidence solutions.
• Experience using generative AI design tools as part of the creative process is a major plus.
• Comfort challenging assumptions and proposing unconventional solutions when the problem demands it.
• A deep passion for craft aesthetics and pushing quality beyond good enough.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates creative range bold thinking rapid iteration and outstanding execution across real products.

A design portfolio is a requirement to be considered for this role.

Our goal is to provide a transparent fair and rewarding environment where team members are equitably compensated for substantially similar work feel supported and ultimately choose to grow their careers here at SeekOut. To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members we factor in an individuals unique skills and experience market data and the internal equity of the team.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $145000-$170000 annually
