This position supports management by evaluating and interpreting data from a variety of sources related to field and Protective Services Review Team (PSRT) and ensures PSRT is adhering to the DCS Management System; assists in developing and maintaining reports and by gathering and extracting data from various databases; provides designing policy assistance procedures and rules in accordance to legislative standards and existing statutory requirements; researches and gathers data reads/reviews all sensitive material associated to each appeal; maintains verbal/written contact with all stakeholders researches the collection of confidential sensitive materials amends or affirms submission of abuse/neglect based upon research addition leads PSRT Region Review Specialists monitors the teams Regional Review Specialists and Legal Assistants. This position is responsible for monitoring all entries of findings of abuse/neglect that are being issued through the dependency process.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Masters or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of DCS Specialist experience. PSRT Reviewer experience (2 years) Lead mentor or supervisory experience. Experience in data analysis to include extensive knowledge of the DCS Management System Experience in applying Arizona statues and administrative rules to make decisions providing court testimony and experience working with clients courts and the Office of the Attorney General.

Requires the possession of and ability to retain a current valid state-issued drivers license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to drivers license record checks must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R.11). Employees may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintain valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle registration. Mileage may be reimbursed if applicable.
The ability to secure and maintain clearance from the DCS Central Registry
