Shift:CWW Schedule
Pay Rate: $19 - $22 Hourly DOE
Location: Hillsboro OR

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Dock FOUP run open/close sequence N2 purge and check for alarms and report to customer team.
Check tolerances using fixture; report and correct out-of-spec points.
Cycle FOUP with handling wafers to check for single double and cross-slot issues; escalate if needed.
Lubricate lateral rails and wipe down loadport/confined space per module documentation.
Run second health check if needed to confirm loadport functionality.
RTP tool to module clean area and return unused parts.
Update inventory of shark cages utility cages Fuzion.
Perform fab/sub-fab safety and cleanliness walks.
Manage test wafers and chambers conditioning.
Complete post-PM recovery test fire and qualification.

Requirements:

Required Min 1 yearon any semiconductor toolset.
Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics diagrams and equipment manuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment including etching deposition and lithography systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
