The Role

As the Senior Manager Social Media Marketing you will help drive organic search engine optimization and social media strategies to improve rankings increase brand awareness and effectively generate engagement with financial advisors and institutional this role you will partner closely with integrated digital marketers along with product segment and thought leadership marketing associates to promote content in a connected way across Google Bing LinkedIn YouTube and Reddit. Youll blend your business and digital marketing expertise with a passion for optimizing channel performance and improving the organic social strategy for our brand handles with a focus on driving meaningful engagement amplifying our brand voice and building a streamlined data-driven approach to content. Youll serve as a strategic lead for organic social execution balancing proactive content ideation with thoughtful evaluation of inbound post requests. Youll optimize contentbefore publicationto ensure alignment with platform best practices brand voice and audience engagement goals.


This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate platform trends performance data and stakeholder inputs into a cohesive social strategy. Youll also play a key role in aligning organic efforts with paid media insights orchestrating engagement tactics to boost visibility and building a network of social media advocates across the organization.

  • Lead the organic social strategy for brand handles prioritizing efforts based on historical performance platform trends and business objectives

  • Help develop and implement the LinkedIn boosting strategy that connects the dots between organic and paid social media

  • Streamline content intake and execution assessing inbound post requests and optimizing copy for visibility engagement and brand voice alignment

  • Proactively identify content opportunities pitch ideas to internal partners and secure buy-ion for new initiatives

  • Design and implement orchestrated engagement tactics including coordinated commenting sharing and amplification strategies to enhance post visibility

  • Serve as the voice of organic social educating internal teams on best practices and platform capabilities

  • Build and lead a network of social media advocates across marketing providing training and upskilling to associates to strengthen social fluency and collaboration

  • Monitor platform trends and competitor activity translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Own reporting and analytics for organic social performance delivering insights that inform strategy and stakeholder communications

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience specializing social media strategy (agency experience a plus)

  • Ability to lead brand social handles and drive measurable results

  • Deep understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms with experience finding opportunities to scale or build new capabilities

  • Ability to quickly build connections and trust with business partners to own the social media direction from goal setting and plan-building to delivery and measurement of results

  • Passion for problem solving and owning outcomes collaborating across multiple teams to accomplish goals

  • Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Desire to stay on top of industry trends competitor insights and measurement data to provide well-informed recommendations to team members

  • Adept at interpreting data generating insights and recommending optimizations to deliver strategic counsel and impactful recommendations to business partners

  • You approach ambiguity with a growth mentality

  • Knowledge of Financial Services industry and our offerings preferred

  • A talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are easily adaptable to change

  • Able to balance objectives big and small remaining persistent in the face of challenges while maintaining a positive demeanor

  • Experience with Agile principles a plus

  • Optimizing social copy and creative for performance and brand alignment

  • Familiarity with paid social media strategy and how it can inform organic efforts

  • Experience with social media management and listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr Hootsuite Sprout)


The Team

We work closely with the segment and product marketing sales analytics CRM and technology development teams to drive brand awareness digital engagement differentiated digital experiences and quality leads for our relationship management and sales teams.

The base salary range for this position is $ USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
