Job Summary
The position of Payroll Specialist will be open to applicants beginning on November 3rd and will remain open through November 14th. Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll in accordance with established accounting guidelines and payroll-specific procedures. This role requires analyzing payroll data to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations as well as Cooperative policies. The role requires the utmost accuracy confidentiality and integrity.
Post secondary degree in accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of four (4) years of general office experience ideally with accounting or payroll or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Possession of PayrollOrg (PAYO) or American Payroll Association (APA) certification is a plus.
Post-offer physical exam drug test and background check are a condition of employment.
