Sales Support:
Support the Philips Personal Health business by providing essential sales and operational support to our Account Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of commercial activities and collaboration between internal teams and external customers.
Your role:
Provide day-to-day support to the Account Managers assisting with sales processes reporting and follow-up activities.
Manage and track sales orders ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple clients.
Prepare and analyze reports on sell-in and sell-out data to support business decisions.
Coordinate commercial actions follow up on results and provide insights to the sales team.
Act as the main point of contact between internal departments (such as logistics finance and marketing) and the Account Managers to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Youre the right fit if:
You have a Bachelors degree or are an student in Business Administration Marketing Commerce or a related field.
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales support or commercial role preferably working closely with sales teams or client accounts.
You are proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
You are proactive detail-oriented and able to set priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office based role in Buenos Aires.
