Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for a T&E and P-card Coordinator. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.
What You Will Do
The T&E and P-Card Coordinator is responsible for independently managing all aspects of business travel and procurement card (P-card) expense processes across EMEA and AMERICAS regions. This includes ensuring timely and accurate handling of expense reports maintaining compliance with internal policies and adapting to country-specific requirements. The role requires a solid understanding of expense management systems (e.g. SAP Concur) policy enforcement and corporate credit card program administration. The coordinator contributes to process improvements and supports training and onboarding initiatives demonstrating initiative and ownership in moderately complex tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role
Expense Audit:
- Review and audit travel and procurement card expense reports daily for policy compliance.
- Communicate violations and escalate as needed.
- Support internal audit preparations.
Expense Management Support:
- Manage user profiles in SAP Concur (creation updates termination).
- Provide timely and accurate support to business travelers including new hires.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for Concur users.
- Maintain process documentation.
Corporate Card Administration and Support:
- Perform corporate credit card program administration tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for T&E and P-Card inquiries.
- Monitor and support timely card expense management

Education
- College or university degree in finance/accounting or ongoing higher education - Desirable
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in T&E or P-Card-related roles - Desirable
Languages
- Working proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Essential
- Spanish or German limited working proficiency - Desirable
Technical Skills
- MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) - Desirable
- SAP Concur experience - Desirable
- Understanding of expense management processes - Desirable
Soft Skills
- Strong customer service orientation ability to address policy non-compliance professionally - Essential
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Essential
