Job Description: DAP Solutions Analyst
As a DAP Solutions Analyst you will lead and support infrastructure projects across Michelins global datacenters and manufacturing plants within the Beyond Road Business Line.
These projects span three key categories:
- Risk Management Projects: Focused on infrastructure maintenance and reliability.
- Integration Projects: Supporting system and technology integration efforts.
- Business Projects: Delivered in collaboration with business stakeholders or other DCTI delivery teams.
Youll play a pivotal role in project management architecture analysis planning execution technical review and knowledge transfer. Youll also provide expert guidance to support teams during complex or major incidents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to define and deliver user stories and project milestones.
- Participate to technical evaluations consulting and solution design for cloud and on-premises projects.
- Ensure efficient project delivery aligned with standard architecture principles.
- Clarify requirements to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate smooth handover to operations and support teams.
- Identify and document IT risks for mitigation planning.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more domains (Cloud DAP Storage Backup).
- Document and communicate processes for deployment and operational use.
- Manage escalations involving complex incidents with third-party vendors.
Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for IT process enhancements.
- Actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies including sprint retrospectives.
- Support implementation and sustainability of new processes.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution from a DAP perspective.
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
Skills Development
- Continuously develop technical and soft skills to expand solution design capabilities.
- Strengthen teamwork and collaboration within a Scrum-based development environment.
- Share expertise to support the growth and development of team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure including physical virtual and cloud server solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and initiative with at least 3 years leading technical projects or teams.
- Goal-oriented persuasive and effective working independently or collaboratively.
- Process-driven approach to design optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
