Whats the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Cloud Managed Services (CMS) Tech Lead to own and operate our AWS cloud managed services function. This role is accountable for ensuring stability reliability security and cost-effectiveness of AWS-hosted workloads while leading a team that supports customers throughout their cloud journey.

The CMS Lead will oversee day-to-day operations drive service improvements and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and service delivery excellence across the enterprise.

What do I need

• Proven experience leading Cloud Managed Services (CMS) teams in large enterprise environments delivering AWS-based managed services at scale.
• Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS Lambda CloudWatch IAM and VPC networking.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud security compliance frameworks backup/recovery and cost management.
• Experience managing incidents change control and operational SLAs in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Terraform Ansible CloudFormation) and enterprise monitoring platforms
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or equivalent AWS certification preferred.
