Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented full stack web developer to design develop and maintain innovative software solutions for our DoD client. This role provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that directly impact national security and contribute to the advancement of aerospace technology.

This position requires a strong foundation in software development principles a passion for problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean efficient and reusable code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Participate in and contribute to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering planning production deployment testing and maintenance.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Support the implementation of software development best practices including code documentation configuration management and version control.

Required Qualifications

U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology computer engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full stack web developer.
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and related web technologies.
Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g. React Angular ).
Experience with back-end technologies (e.g. Python Ruby).
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices with experience in agile development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs).
