Job Summary

RN Manager Emergency Room (Emergency Services) Panama City FL

Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)

238-bed acute care hospital; dedicated adult pediatric ED
ED size: 44 beds
Volume: 140 180 visits/day
Oversight: 55.80 FTEs (main ED)
Reports to: ER Director
Role open 91 days (prior evening manager left due to long commute)

Must-Have Qualifications (screen first)

ED leadership (recent):
- 3 5 years acute care ED leadership experience and must include work within the last year
- Titles can include: ED Charge/Team Lead Supervisor Assistant Manager Manager
Education:
- ADN or Nursing Diploma required
- Must be actively enrolled in a BSN program (have proof/letter)
License:
- Active FL RN OR compact licensure
- If compact from another state: must obtain active FL RN compact license within 90 days of hire
- (They note ANP license acceptable but this is primarily an RN manager role)
Certification:
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross) within 30 days of start
