Sales Support Specialist

About Your Role:

As a Sales Support Specialist you will provide essential services to Business Consultants assisting them in establishing and servicing merchant processing accounts. Your primary goal will be to deliver quick and accurate information and resolutions. You will act as a liaison between Business Consultants and other internal departments. As a Sales Support Specialist you will gain familiarity with various aspects of the business.

You are required to stay updated on the latest products and technologies ensuring you remain current on company implementations and changes. Sales teams rely on you for your detailed knowledge of policies procedures and client operations.

What youll do:

  • Collaborate with Business Consultants to ensure an exceptional Client experience throughout the Client lifecycle.
  • Receive and resolve pre-sale and post-sale inquiries from Business Consultants.
  • Receive and resolve inquiries from an assigned portfolio of Clients via multiple channels including phone & e-mail.
  • Engage various areas within Fiserv when necessary to obtain information and resolve issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and proactively engage and work with Clients to prevent or limit service issues.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of products services funding and chargeback disputes.
  • Provide Sales education & training on various Client products systems and equipment.

Experience youll need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience working in the financial industry in either Customer Service Sales Support or administration functions.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Advanced Excel skills desired with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate databases.
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office Suite

How youll work:

  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
  • 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday Shift

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range:

$42000.00-$54000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
