In this role you will be responsible for:

Handling customer complaints as process owner according to the Companys procedure in force (managing the complaint e-mail inbox conduct legal investigations and collect evidence evaluate the legitimacy of complaints prepare responses to customer complaints maintain of the register of complaints and correspondence ensure receive and send the responses to customer complaints) in a professional and solution-focused manner.
Handling correspondence with consumer protection bodies and other official institutions.
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues raised by customers.
Assist lawyers in drafting reviewing and revising contracts (supply distribution employment service and other business-related agreements).
Prepare initial drafts of corporate documents (shareholder resolutions board minutes corporate policies compliance guidelines letters).
Analyse legal enactments and their changes be aware on the current legislation.
According to competence replace other lawyers of Legal Team during interim absence (vacations days off sick leaves).
Perform other duties imposed by the Employer that correspond to the generally accepted duties of a junior lawyer.

Professional experience and skills:

Bachelors degree (or ongoing studies) in Law
Good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs
Excellent research drafting and organizational skills
Analytical thinker and excellent attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidentiality skills
Strategic thinking and ability to multitask
Good interpersonal skills
Native or proficient in Latvian and good English and/or Russian
