To keep growing our reach and accessibility were looking for an OTA Executive who can help showcase our properties effectively across leading online travel platforms ensuring every listing reflects the true Moustache experience.

Role Overview

The OTA Executive will be responsible for managing property listings content updates and performance across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as MakeMyTrip (MMT) Agoda Expedia Goibibo Hostelworld and others.

This role combines analytical precision with creative presentation ensuring that Moustache properties are optimized competitive and performing at their best on all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Property Listing & Management

• Create and maintain property listings on major OTAs including MMT Agoda GoMMT Expedia Hostelworld etc.

• Ensure accuracy of all listing details descriptions amenities photos pricing and policies.
• 
  
• Regularly update content offers and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion.
• 
  

Performance Optimization

• Monitor daily OTA performance metrics (rankings reviews conversion rates and occupancy).
• 
  
• Coordinate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to execute pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• 
  
• Identify gaps or discrepancies in listings and implement corrective actions.
• 
  

Content & Brand Representation

• Ensure all online listings reflect the Moustache brand identity tone and visual standards.
• 
  
• Work with the design/marketing teams to upload updated photos and ensure consistency across platforms.
• 
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with OTA account managers to maximize exposure and resolve operational issues.
• 
  
• Generate periodic reports on OTA performance bookings cancellations and reviews.
• 
  
• Maintain property data rate parity and inventory accuracy across all connected systems.
• 
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Revenue Sales and Operations teams for smooth communication and performance alignment.
• 
  
• Support new property onboarding and go-live activities on all OTA platforms.
• 
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management or Business preferred).
• 
  
• 13 years of experience in OTA handling or revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of OTA extranets property management systems (PMS) and channel managers (Ezee preferred).
• 
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  
• Excellent communication coordination and multitasking abilities.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Excel reporting tools and basic content management.
•
