Whats on offer

Fulton Hogan is proud to manage the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract with a skilled team that perform works including; minor civil works guard rail repairs line marking pavement repairs landscaping vegetation management horticultural and arborist works litter collection street sweeping cleaning both Airside and landside locations at Sydney Airport.

Were looking for a team player with proven experience in stakeholder engagement and this role youll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure contract outcomes are delivered to the highest standard benefiting both our client and Fulton Hogan.

You will have full project oversight for ensuring safety cost quality and time targets are met. You will oversee the contract deliverables and report to senior management on the performance of your scope of works. We will look to you to:

Deliver maintenance activities in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures;
Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders;
Lead & support a culture of Living Safely and oversee HSEQ compliance;
Project Management including programming/scheduling contractual administration procurement and technical aspects;
Financials including monthly reviews progress claims cost valuations budgets and forecasting.

You have a Bachelors in civil engineering and experience in project delivery across mid to large scale civil projects with experience in pavements and road works. As this is a leadership role you will need to bring a mentoring and coaching mindset to developing and growing your teams capability and productivity. Your advanced communication skill and extensive experience in liaising with subcontractors will see you succeed in this role.
