Job Summary
CNC Machine Operator Lathe/Mill Machinist Saginaw TX
Are you an experienced machinist seeking a stable long-term opportunity with a growing company
Were looking for a Lathe/Mill Machinist skilled in operating and setting up manual and/or CNC machines who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts.
Pay & Schedule:
Full-Time Day Shift MondayFriday
Starting at $22$23 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly Pay
Quarterly Bonuses for production and attendance
Key Responsibilities:Set up operate and maintain manual and CNC lathes or milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and job specifications
Select proper tooling materials and machine settings for each job
Inspect parts using micrometers calipers and other precision tools
Perform machine maintenance and maintain an organized workspace
Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
35 years of experience operating lathes and/or milling machines (manual or CNC)
Strong knowledge of machining processes materials and tooling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
