Program Summary
As part of theLOGCAPNORTHCOM scope KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBRsLOGCAPteam successfully completed another year of support to Warfighteroperationsby providing typicalLOGCAPservices at two locations.
Job Summary
Provides leadership by directing the efforts of management personnel or staff involved in supporting programs related to Supply Property Transportation Disposal Morale/Welfare and other logistical areas. Responsible for the overall performance of assigned departments or functions ensuring timely and cost-effective operations. Coordinates with customers other organizations and company leadership while promoting compliance with company directives policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight and ensure timely cost-effective work completion.
- Report performance and progress to executive leadership.
- Ensure employee awareness and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate activities with customers internal teams and leadership.
- Define training requirements and develop employee skills.
- Promote continuous improvement across logistics functions.
- Develop and implement performance standards and internal controls.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education Experience Skills and Certifications)
- Undergraduate degree and 1015 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management capacity.
- Must possess a valid State Real ID.
- Must possess a valid state drivers license and be able to obtain a military operators permit for required vehicles/equipment.
- Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Ability to work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspense dates.
- Physically capable of working in extreme temperatures low humidity rain blowing sand and dust.
- Availability to work extended hours nights weekends and holidays as needed.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation:$117300 - $175900 USD Annual
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
