Job Summary
Overview
Classification: Part-Time Non-Exempt 25-29 hours/week
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Job Focus: The Salvation Army Central Ohio is seeking to fill a part time Case Manager position in several local counties. This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking including conducting intake developing a safety plan addressing basic needs linking to medical care and counseling developing and implementing a service plan. Additionally this position will assist group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

Qualifications
- An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Armys Mission
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work preferred
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio preferred
- Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes such as domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.
- Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Drivers license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
