Embark on a rewarding journey as a Lead Educator for our under 2-year-old classroom at Niño ELA Montmorency where you will:
- Be responsible for the guidance/support/direction and supervision of staff students and volunteers working within the centre.
- To promote a positive work environment and relationships with parents and staff .
- Develop the Childrens Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
- Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy and ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.
A compassionate and inspiring member of Niño ELA will have:
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years experience as a Room Leader in the nursery or toddler age group
- Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Working with Childrens Check
