Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager to lead process improvement and reporting management initiatives for the AT&T account team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency reduce waste and optimize workflows through innovative solutions including the strategic use of AI and automation. This role will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the team operates at peak performance.

Position Objective

  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows reduce inefficiencies and enhance overall productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate waste in current processes to save time and resources.
  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate AI and automation tools into daily operations enabling the team to work smarter and more effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes gather feedback and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Manage and oversee the development of comprehensive reporting systems to track key performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to identify and propose innovative solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in process improvement and automation.
  • Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to team members ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement operations management or a similar role. Educational experience can be taken into consideration in relation to the total experience level.
  • Proven experience in implementing AI and automation solutions to improve business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with large-scale accounts preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AT&T or similar large-scale accounts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting tools and software.
  • Knowledge and experience of AI-driven tools and platforms relevant to process optimization.
