A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PATIENT ACCESS SPECIALIST
At Bone & Joint we believe the patient experience starts the moment they walk through our doors-and thats where you come in. As a Patient Access Specialist youll be the warm welcoming presence that sets the tone for every visit. Youll handle check-ins appointment scheduling referrals and insurance verification with professionalism and empathy all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
But its not just about the tasks-its about the team. Youll be part of a fun supportive group that values collaboration celebrates wins and always has each others backs. Whether youre helping a patient navigate their care or jumping in to assist a teammate your role makes a real impact every day. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT ACCESS SPECIALIST
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Wisconsin drivers license
Strong communication customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires around a 40-hour work week during standard business hours with scheduling across various days. Hours are typically 830am-5pm Monday - Friday.
