Job Summary

Director Creative(Freelancer)

Golin is looking for a temporary Director Creative. We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to up to approximately up to 40 hours weekly through May 2026.

WhatYoullDo:

Managing production companyand overseeing production budgets and timelines

Work with talentbrandand production teams on scheduling

Working closely with productioncompanyto ensure Nestle protocol is followed

Ensuring production company delivers agreed upon deliverables works closely with EP to ensure production day is executed smoothly

Qualifications:

8 years creative experience in advertising public relationsor social. Knowledge of earned media is a plus.

A creative portfoliothatsfilled with smart thinking. Some ideas preferably in the youth marketing space.

Internet fluency. You know the ins and outs of social media speak the language of the internet have gone down YouTube rabbit holes for multiple hours in a row have uploaded multiple TikTok videos and have explored without fear the inner depths of Reddit.

Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.Hourlyrate: $77 $112hour.
