Position Summary:
Servers at Tin Lizzys deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing warm hospitality knowledgeable menu recommendations and attentive service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working as part of a team and brings personality to each table.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly upbeat attitude and create a welcoming dining experience
Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks promptly ensuring presentation standards are met
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tables and service stations
Follow alcohol service and safety guidelines including verifying IDs when necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
Represent Tin Lizzys values of hospitality teamwork and a positive guest-first mindset

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant preferred
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old (or meet local alcohol service requirements)
