Whatwerelooking for:
We are seeking an entry-level electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects.
Whatyoullbe doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from:attending project meetings assisting with resourcescheduling such asinstallation and subcontractor team coordinationonsite technician supportability to safely operate a company vehicleproject quality controlstaging of equipment project documentation assembly and review assisting with invoicing & project tasksand most importantly representing NextGen Security as thevaluablepoint of contact for our valued customers.Local travel may berequiredfor this position.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in business or related field (preferred but notrequired).
Prior internship experience within project management or related field(preferred but notrequired).
- Customer service experiencea plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Superiorproblem solvingandcommunication skills.
Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
Workindependently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience withMicrosoft Office Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
Experiencewith AutoCAD MicrosoftProject Procoreand otherproject management & design products(preferred but notrequired)
