At CommonSpirit Mountain Region we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.
Located in the Colorado Rocky Mountains we have access to breathtaking views outdoor mountain activities an incredible community proximity to Denver popular festivals throughout the year and a heightened seasonal influx bringing an interesting variety of patients. The Imaging Department at St. Anthony Summit Hospital runs with 30-35 certified imaging technologists and encompasses seven different modalities including: CT MRI Radiology Nuclear Medicine Ultrasound Mammography DEXA Echo and soon well be expanding to include a Cardiac CT program. We all operate as a unified team support each other and encourage cross-training. As a smaller hospital we also collaborate closely with all other departments to seamlessly to ensure exceptional patient care. We are looking for individuals who can enhance our culture of care prioritize the patient above all else strive for high quality and prioritize safety.

We provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer you will perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs while following standards of safe radiation practice. We ask that as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer you always demonstrate leadership for other associate technologists and act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- ARDMS - registered required RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR);
- or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within 1 year or hire or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT)
- or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly
