Lube Technician
The role encompasses active car maintenance duties as well as customer service abilities. A Lube Technician will begin a comprehensive mechanic training program with you beginning your first day. This is an excellent entry-level position and there isno previous mechanic training required.
A day in the life of an Lube Technician combines mechanical and customer service skills at fast-paced level.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing and replacing oil and air filters
- Automotive grease fittings
- Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers
- Checking refilling and changing oil and other vehicle fluids
- Rotating tires
- Working in a team atmosphere to provide quick and excellent service
- Helping customers understand their automotive needs
- Maintaining a clean and presentable workplace
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of safety policies and practices
Work Experience and/or Education:
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum Age 18 years old
- Have a positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality and the ability to be a team player.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
- Possess the desire and ability to learn as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at least 10 times a day.
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist turn bend at the waist squat and go up and down stairs.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head.

Schedule:
- Typical 5 days a week and some Saturdays.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Texas FullDrivers License
- Must be clean cut and professional
- No driving issues in the last 5 years
- Must be able to pass a background check
