The role

Were looking for a Senior Associate to join our market-leading Corporate Practice recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

Our Corporate team was recently ranked equal 2nd in the Mergermarket Australian M&A league tables for deal count in Q1 2025 reflecting the strength and momentum of our practice.

We offer broad work and development opportunities while also giving you the space to specialise in areas youre genuinely passionate about. With work spanning both domestic and international markets youll advise corporations private equity sponsors founders and management teams across a wide range of industries.

Were looking for someone:

• with 5 years experience in a leading private practice environment;
• who has strong Corporate M&A experience;
• with a genuine passion for Corporate law;
