At IntelliScriptsolutions are tailored for ourclientssonotwo days are ever Account Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision strategy and delivery of innovative technology solutions within the legal industry. As a key member of our growing business unit you will translate market insights customer feedback and business objectives into actionable strategies that drive success.
The ideal candidate brings bold ideas strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit that inspires creativity across cross-functional this role youll partner across IntelliScript to craft thoughtful customized solutions while driving new business development and account growth within a defined territory. This highly visible position is instrumental in expanding IntelliScripts footprint and revenue by developing qualified opportunities and building lasting relationships with VP- and C-suite-level clients. You will be part of a small tenured and high-performing team reporting directly to the General Manager of Legal Services.
What you will be doing
- Prospect and develop interest in IntelliScripts suite of products within the legal industry specifically within the healthcare data utilization segments
- Expand our presence within existing customers
- Discern the true need when a client is describing a problem or concern
- Demonstrate and speak as an expert on all of our business solutions
- Be current and passionate about relevant political legislative and market conditions in order to grow current-client sales and generate new client opportunities
- Engage other IntelliScript business units and departments throughout the sales cycle
- Negotiate and manage the contract process to closure
- Maintain accurate and current data in Salesforce
- Provide accurate forecasts to sales management
What we need
- 5years ofrelevantexperience
- Prior experience succeeding in solution-based enterprise sales
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Experience leading meetings that take place in person virtually as well as hybrid
- Able to travelup to 30% - 40% for client meetings conferences and company events
- Track recordof meeting sales quotas

The overall salary range for this role is $85100 - $173100. For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Newark San Jose San Francisco Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia:
- $97865 - $161575 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and
- $120 635 $199065 for experience greater than 10 years.
- All other states:
- $85100 - $140500 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and
- $104900 - $173100 for experience greater than 10 years.
A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
