We are seeking a highly experienced CyberGovernance Officer to strengthen cyber risk management andgovernance capabilities for a leading global organization. This role is focusedon ensuring adherence to security standards compliance frameworks and bestpractices to safeguard critical IT assets and sensitive information.

About the Role

As a Cyber Governance Officer you willspearhead cybersecurity governance initiatives monitor compliance and supportexecutive decision-making on security matters. You will work closely withinternal teams to reinforce cyber maturity and ensure strong alignment withregulatory and internal requirements.

Ensure full compliance with relevantcybersecurity standards & frameworks (ISO NIST DORA etc.)

Ensure adherence to internal cyber policies andprocesses

Define and improve IT security policies

Monitor the execution and documentation of cybercontrols

Follow and support ongoing compliance actionsacross the organization

Report cyber compliance maturity to seniorleadership

Conduct awareness initiatives to foster a strongsecurity culture

Technical Requirements

6years of experience in cyber governance/security

Proven expertise in cybersecurity complianceframeworks

Experience validating implementation of controlsand processes

Strong understanding of cybersecurity risksframeworks and regulations

Ability to challenge and advise business and ITstakeholders on risk decisions

Experience in cybersecurity governance roles(minimum 5 years) Mandatory

Knowledge and hands-on involvement with ISO 27001 & NIST frameworks Mandatory

Certifications preferred:

o ISO27001 Lead Auditor or Implementor

o ISO27005 Risk Management

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (ExcelPPT; Macros a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication

High influence and stakeholder managementability

Strong adaptability and organization

Ability to simplify complex topics and advisedecision-makers

Languages

English:Fluent (mandatory)

French: Advantageous
