About the Role

As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities by providing tailored person-centred support. Whether its daily living assistance emotional guidance or community engagement your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Youll work across a 24/7 rotating roster including sleepovers active nights weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality individualised support to people with disabilities
Assist with personal care mobility and skill development
Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
Support community participation and recreational activities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
Advocate for customer rights and promote independence

What youll need

Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
Empathetic compassionate and resilient
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current First Aid CPR Drivers licence & NDIS Worker check or willingness to obtain
Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts
